You can track your personal use of products in UnitWise by creating a customer named Personal Use or Demo.
First you'll need to create a "customer" to track your personal use. You can do that by clicking the Add New button in the Customer Center.
Once the customer is created, you can go to the Additional Information tab. Here you can set sales preferences. You can make the default discount 100 percent and the Sales tax zero--or whatever other settings you might want. Then save the customer. Once saved, you can invoice this "customer" for products that you use, and UnitWise will keep record of it through the extensive reports system.
