The team at UW is constantly improving the site and making us more and more efficient every day! I have a productivity tip for you in regards to composing emails for promotions, birthdays, and unit announcements. Month to month and even week to week you have some emails that are pretty consistent and a template would be a great feature to use. You can schedule your emails to go out to specific target groups, birthdays, and unit members at the time you choose. I have to admit, this feature comes in handy for me because I am more of a night-owl. However, I prefer my customers and consultants receive my emails early morning. If I start to write emails in the early morning, they may not get done as I get busy with appointments. So, planning the night before, a few days or even weeks ahead of time with templates and marketing schedules can be a huge time saver!
