I hope you had a fabulous finish to Quarter 3 as a Star. And, if you did not quite make it this time, go ahead and start now and map out your way to Star this quarter! Mary Kay herself created this program to allow us to have a track to run on and place for ALL consultants, part-time and full-time to be celebrated for their achievements. So, with that said I want to be sure that you know it takes $300 in retail sales per week to achieve Sapphire Star Consultant Status. One of the best ways to get you on track right out of the starting gate is with our amazing Preferred Customer Program. The timing couldn’t be better! I suggest you send an announcement to your customers with an Email Marketing piece letting them know the new Spring Issue of the Look will be arriving in their mail boxes soon. This gives them a heads up so they are sure to catch it when it first comes in the mail. I like to include the picture of the Look and the new Mini Brush Set as their gift with any $40 or more purchase! This creates anticipation and excitement about the new products. Mary Kay is right on trend and our customers depend on us to show them what’s hot for the season! Remember to include the image URL of the Look from YOUR personal website so when your customers click on it from your email they will be directed to your personal Mary Kay website! You could even offer them an incentive when they sit down with you to give you their opinion on the new spring product line! For example, a free new Compact Mini (unfilled)! Let them know the more women they have come play with you, the more she can earn free!
