Wouldn't you agree one of the most important places for us to learn and grow in our business is at our weekly unit meeting? It's also a GREAT place for you to bring guests and utilize the skin care class most Directors provide to ensure full circle success. How many of you feel like the weeks fly by and you don't have your guests lined up like you would've hoped? My recommendation would be to get your weekly calendar from your Director and confirm the guest events for the month. The last week of every month send out an email template to your customers giving them some fun options to attend one of the events being offered and encourage them to come in with guests. Essentially, she can be a hostess and get credit for having sales and guests in attendance. You just have to ask yourself how important is it for you to have that customer with you experiencing something new and learning more about the MK business. The key is to start doing this once per month with enough time for everyone to plan. As you get RSVP's you can send reminders easily! Also, if she is a great potential team member you can use this as a reaon to contact her to see if she would be your guest!
Scheduling tasks such as this on a regular basis will be one more way for you to feel like you're doing your best to get guests to events!
