What a whirlwind it has been since Seminar!  I hope you all had the pleasure of attending that awesome event this year and as we always say, "it was the best one ever"!  I don't know how Mary Kay does it but they go above and beyond for us every year.  If you weren't able to attend this year make it your goal to go next year!  In fact, you can just set aside $20 per week from the profit from your sales and keep it in a Seminar Fund!   When registration rolls around you will have the money you need to register and you can take advantage of the great airlines deals when they come up!  Save now and it'll make all the difference in the world!

Can you believe we are just shy of completing the first Star Quarter in the new Seminar year?  Are you on target for Star?  This is the time to check on your numbers.  Some of you may have been tracking all quarter long and some of you may need to play a little catch up but in either case what YOU expect is what gets done!  So, are you telling yourself you will be a Star or are you giving up?  It's time to commit to an hour of Power every day!  I don't know about you but for me scheduling time to get on the phone sometimes never gets scheduled!  Without pro-active booking calls our business can dwindle down to just collecting reorders which is something to be grateful for but nothing we can make a living on.  So, print out those lead reports.  If you do bridal fairs you may find a lot of women just write down their email addresses.  My recommendation would be to set up a bridal template and be sure to set it up to include their name not just in the greeting but also somewhere else in the body of the message.  You can email several brides at once and it will just take you one click of a button. 

UW makes it so easy to keep track of our calls and setting up reminders to call our leads back.  Follow up is the key.  Don't give up until you've tried to book someone at least 7 times.  We are pleasantly persistent until I've heard directly from the person they are not interested. Too many of us give up but forget how busy women really are these days.

¡Que torbellino ha sido desde el seminario! Espero que todas hayan tenido el placer de atender ese evento tan fantástico del año y como siempre decimos, “Fue el mejor evento”. No sabemos cómo Mary Kay lo hace, pero van más allá de lo imaginable por nosotros, cada año. Si no pudo atender este año haga su prioridad para el siguiente año. De hecho, si puede salvar $20 aparte cada semana de las ganancias de sus ventas y mantenerlos en el fondo del seminario. Cuando la registración comience tendrá el dinero que necesita para registrarse y puede tomar ventaja de las grandes ofertas de aerolíneas. Ahorre ahora y será la diferencia en el mundo. ¿Puede creer que solo somos tímidos de completar el primer cuatrimestre en el nuevo año de seminario? ¿Esta apuntado por estrellas? Este es su tiempo para revisar sus números. Algunos  de ustedes están revisando todo el cuarto y algunas tiene que jugar un poquito para alcanzar la meta, pero en dado caso lo que usted espera lo que está completo. Entonces, ¿se está diciendo a usted misma que es una estrella o se está dando por vencida? Es tiempo de cometer una hora de poder cada día, No se acerca de usted pero para mí programar tiempo para estar en el teléfono nunca es programado. Sin ser activo en llamadas reservadas para nuestros negocios puede disminuir la colección de re –órdenes el cual es grandioso pero no se puede hacer una vida de eso. Entonces, imprimar esos reportes a seguir. Si usted hace eventos para bodas encontrara muchas mujeres solo escriba el correo electrónico. Mi recomendación será que escriba una plantilla para novias y asegúrese de ajustarla que incluya el nombre no solo en el saludo pero también en alguna parte del cuerpo del mensaje. Puede enviar varios correos electrónicos a la vez y solo le tomara hacer  click en un botón.

UW lo hace tan fácil para mantener nuestras llamadas y ajustar recuerdos para llamadas de nuestros seguidores. Seguidores es la llave. No se rinda hasta que trate de hacer una cita con alguien por lo menos 7 veces. Somos persistentes amables hasta que hemos escuchado directo de la persona que no están interesados. Muchas de nosotras nos damos por vencidas pero no olviden que tan ocupadas son las mujeres en estos días.
