Heroic Support on Saturdays

As part of our commitment to Customer Support, we will be extending our support hours for the month of September, we will also be introducing Customer Support on Saturdays!  The month of September will serve as a trial basis for these new hours:

Mon-Thur: 9:00am - 8:00pm EST

Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm EST

Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm EST 

You will now be able to call, chat, Skype, email, and attend online meetings with the Heroes at any of these times!

Como parte de nuestra responsabilidad al soporte del cliente, estaremos extendiendo nuestras horas de soporte por el mes de Septiembre, también estaremos también introduciendo nuestro soporte al cliente los Sábados. El mes de septiembre servirá como una base de pruebas para estas nuevas horas:

Lunes-Jueves: 9:00am – 8:00pm EST

Viernes: 9:00am – 6:00pm EST

Sábados: 9:00am – 1:00pm EST

Podrá hacer llamadas, chat, Skype, correo electrónicos, y atender a citas online con los héroes en cualquiera de estos tiempos.
