Shared Document Library
You asked for it, so we built it. In June we offered a survey on Facebook for the next new UnitWise Feature, and the winner was the Shared Document Library. We have now added this new feature just in time for the new Seminar Year.
This New Feature is now Live on UnitWise! It can be accessed from Resource Library >> Shared Library.
You can use this tool to share your documents with all UnitWise Users. Likewise, you can also browse public documents and add them to your Document Library, Website, and Emails.
This New Feature can be used for Documents, Images, Audio Files, and Videos.
So, go ahead and start sharing!
To Add a shared file to your Library, you can select the check box for the file(s), then click the button that says "Copy to My Document Library"
To Share one of your files to the Shared Document Library, you can select the check box for the file(s) you would like to share, then click the button that says "Share Document"
* Notice - copying files will only continue to work as long as the owner continues to share these files, if the file is un-shared the copied file will not continue to work. However to avoid any potential errors, you can add a file to your Resource Library or save it to your computer to ensure that the file is within your control.
