How To: Importing Customers to Intouch

It’s that time of the year again; the Preferred Customer Program (PCP) enrollment deadline is Tuesday, April 15th.

By enrolling into the PCP on Intouch you can provide your customers with access to the latest MK information: news, catalogs, and mailers to keep them updated on all beauty and skin care trends. So how do you go about adding your customers and prospects into Intouch without having to add them one by one?

We have the solution:
Log in to your UnitWise Account:
First you will go to Settings>Tools>Export Contacts:



Next, select which group you would like to export (for this example we are focusing on the preferred customers so we selected the Preferred Customers Group)









Important: After you have chosen the group to export, be sure to select Outlook CSV for the file format.










 
Log in to your InTouch Account:
Once logged in - go to Business Tools> My Customers> Import Customers.
When you are under Import Customer, select Outlook (CVS) and choose the file you exported from UnitWise, click Upload File.

 

 To finish, choose which contacts you want to Add, Skip, or Merge, then select Import.


That is all you will need to do. Honestly it only takes a few moments to enroll your customers in the PCP on InTouch before the April 15th deadline.
