UnitWise Reports | Reporting for Duty!

Reports. Gotta love ‘em! They tell us everything we want to know, need to know, and sometimes what we really don’t want to know. But they save us loads of time so we can be doing what we love best– spending time with our customers, working on our businesses, and sharing time with family and friends.

Recently, a UnitWise user asked a Good Question.

She wanted to pull a sales report for a specific month. But she wanted the report to have the customers’ names along with the sales so she can follow up with these customers.

She had already searched reports and pulled up Invoices for the month, but that report does not include the customers who purchased those items.

Does such a report showing sales with customer names exist? Yes it does!

This handy report is called Sales Breakdown.

It is located in Home>>Reports>>Sales>>Sales Breakdown.

(BTW, If you aren’t seeing the Sales Tab right away, compress the Customer Tab by clicking on the >> and you will see all eight report categories.)
Click on the Sales Breakdown Report. Here you can see where you can customize the report to suit your inquiry.
Plug in the required data, hit Run Report, and there you are! Customer and Sales all in one place.

Sales Reports aren’t all that UW has to offer! Reports are an integral component of the UnitWise Business Management System. Team Members: All your record keeping quickly summarize right here, in eight different ways.

Products: 12 subcategories, such as Product Purchases (which lists orders from MK during a specified time), and Inventory Audit Trail, which provides an audit of products in your inventory based on sales. Includes quantity count as well as invoice/sales receipt number for each item sold. What do you want to know today about your inventory? The answer is probably right here.

Address Labels: Tucked into the Reports menu, this handy tool will help you surprise your entire contact database with greetings in their mailbox (or use these designated labels for special gifts for special people.)

Sales: Who knew there could be so many different ways to look at sales reports? Let me count the ways: 20. Yes, there’s twenty different ways to look at your sales, like pulling a monthly sales report with customers’ names.
