UnitWise Inventory Questions

Many of you have forwarded the below email to keep us notified. Thank You.  

Julie's email is misleading. Like with any user request, we looked into hers and responded back with the log and the audit trail for her inventory - every invoice, sales receipt, purchase order, loan/borrow and exchange was accounted for. 

After verifying this, we called and discussed with her that we have the log to track every transaction and the count matches correctly.
Then we received the below email.

If you need more info about your inventory count, please send us a detailed email with the part number(s) in question and we will be happy to look into it for you.
