You can give each account its own category, transaction date, the name of the account the payment was made to or from, the type of payment, the payee or payer, and the amount. This way you’ll clearly be able to see who you paid, when you paid them, and how you paid them. You’ll also see the amount of money that came out of a particular account. Plus, you can edit these details at any time.
Remember these accounts aren’t actually tied to your banking accounts. You will have to manually enter the balance of your accounts and add transactions when they occur. Luckily this process can be completed in a matter of seconds, right from your smartphone.
When you click on the name of the account you’ll see the balance of the account at the top the page as well as a list of your previous transactions. Based off of your personal preferences you can view a list of your last 10, 25, 50, or 100 transactions to see what exactly is going on in your account. You can also view your expenses, a list of your payees, and more.
UnitWise makes it extremely easy to split up transactions between multiple accounts if need be, and you can also easily transfer funds between your different accounts.
Once you record a new transaction it will appear at the top of your list under the expenses category in the expenses tab.

Also, if an account is a recurring expense like a monthly subscription you can mark it as such, and the total will be automatically accounted for. Just be sure to select the day of the month when the subscription is due.
