One popular tab to have is a ‘New Consultant Training” tab where you can keep important documents for new unit members to access. You can instantly upload videos, documents, and photos to each of your pages to provide your unit with any of the resources that they may need.

The guest book feature allows people to leave a post when they visit your site. You can use this feature to tell your unit members to let you know when they’ve watched a new training video that you’ve recently added or to confirm that they listened to the audio copy of your last conference call. This portal can also be used by them to ask you questions.

What happens between you and your unit members is private information, that’s why with UnitWise you have the option to password protect your site. You can have your entire site password protected or only certain pages. For example, you can have a page for red jacket members that’s password protected for only them. Whoever you give your site’s password to is solely up to you, and the password can be quickly changed at any time.
