All of your financial tracking and reporting now have their own tab within your UnitWise account! Reports are broken down into categories including customers, accounts, products, sales, WAS, year-end/tax, team members, and address labels.


You’ve got questions and we’ve got answers. We’ve compiled a few of the most asked questions regarding the “Reports” tab and have answered them here. Keep reading for the top 5 frequently asked questions about UnitWise reports!

How can I see which customer purchased a specific product?



Let’s say you’re running a campaign and offering a free gift to the 20th buyer of a specific product or Mary Kay is discontinuing a product and you would like to offer your customers a comparable substitution. In both instances, you will need to see which customers purchased that specific product, to do this in UnitWise you will want to generate a report for “Products Sold to Customers” following these steps:


1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select “Reports” in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

3. Click on the “Products” tab.

4. Click “Products Sold to Customers.”

5. Switch the default selection from “Active Products” to “All Products.”

6. Switch the default selection from “Qty on Hand > Zero” to “All”

7. Select “Part Number” from the dropdown list in the “Field” drop-down list.

8. In the “Text” text box type the part number of the product you want to generate the report for.

How can I run a monthly or yearly sales report?



As tax day quickly approaches you may be scrambling to prepare your annual tax return. If you include Mary Kay income in your tax return, UnitWise has you covered with the “Total Sales (Income)” report. This report allows you to view your monthly or yearly sales report.


1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select “Reports” in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

3. Click on the “Sales” tab.

4. Click “Total Sales (Income).”

5. Select the time period you need the report for, you can choose between “Year to Date,” “Previous Year to Date,” “Calendar Year,” “Prev Calendar Year,” and “Custom Dates.” Selecting “Custom Dates” allows you to customize the date range for the report.

How can I see the inventory I had on hand at the end of last year?



Inventory on hand from previous years can be a good indicator for future orders. To compare last year’s inventory to your current inventory, you can see how much inventory you had on hand at the end of last year using the “Snapshot of Qty on Hand” report.



1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select “Reports” in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

3. Click on the “Products” tab.

4. Click “Snapshot of Qty On Hand.”

5. Filter the report by Section 1 inventory, Section 2 inventory, or inventory from both sections by selecting an option from the “Category” drop-down list.

How can I see a list of only products that I have on hand?



Let’s say you are looking to reorder inventory or are looking to compare your physical inventory with the inventory logged in your UnitWise account. You can do this easily with the “Quantity On Hand” report, which will generate a list of all the products you have on hand.


1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select “Reports” in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

3. Click on the “Products” tab.

4. Click “Quantity On Hand.”

How can I see the order and sales history of a product?



When you’re looking to reorder inventory, wouldn’t it be helpful to see the order and sales history of a product so that you know if it is worth reordering? UnitWise is here to answer your call with the “Inventory Audit Trail” report!


1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select “Reports” in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

3. Click on the “Products” tab.

4. Click “Inventory Audit Trail.”

5. Filter your report by time period. Options include all dates, last 30 days, last 90 days, last 180 days, last quarter, year to date, or customize the date range with “Custom Date.”
